Returns & Refunds:
* Customers must call (844) JAM-PROF or email email@example.com before returning any product. You MUST obtain an RMA#. Do not send back items to an address on the package.
* Custom/Special orders are not returnable. This includes all portable garages.
* Approved items must be returned within 30 days in original packaging and in same condition as when received.
* Refunds will be for the item price only, less a 20% fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
* Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred in returning the item(s) back to the factory.
* All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of returned merchandise.
* Refunds will be processed with the same form of payment you made while purchasing the item(s).
* Canopyhuts.com does allow exchanges in most situations.
* Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of returning the product.
* Customers will also be charged shipping for the new item at the normal shipping rate.
* Customers will be responsible for the difference in price if the exchanged item price is more.
* Customers will be credited the difference in price if the exchanged item price is less.
Cancellation & Other Issues:
* Canopyhuts.com has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
* Canopyhuts.com has the right to cancel a purchase made on www.canopyhut.com due to errors in availability, description, price, or shipping charges.
